Workweek:
We have an 8 hour day with a
½ hour lunch break.
PTO Time:
17 days are accrued yearly.
Time included in these days are sick, vacation, and personal days
75 hours of the PTO time can be carried over into the next calendar year.
Flex time:
Monday through Thursday employees can arrive to the office anytime between 8am and 9:30am and work the other side of the clock
Friday the flex time hours are from 8am through 9am. Everyone must be out of the office on Friday night by 5pm
Health care insurance include:
United Healthcare for downstate employees (NYC office)
Univera for upstate employees (Buffalo, Rochester offices)
All offices have Guardian for Dental and Life Insurance
All offices have vision offered through Guardian at full premium cost to the employee
Holidays:
SKIP of New York provides 10 Observed Holidays and 2 Floating Holidays. Floating Holidays must be taken during a calendar year or forfeited and must be taken in full days. PTO Time:
Health care:
Currently SKIP pays the entire premium for employees only. If an employee chooses to add their children or spouse, the employee pays 100% of the premium for their dependents.
Our life insurance policy is 2 ½ times the employee’s salary
Employee pays for the Vision plan premium in total if they choose to join the plan
