Overview of Services
SKIP is a state-authorized provider of:
- Care at Home (CAH): Reunites families of medically-fragile children ages 18 and under by helping put in-home care in place
- Medicaid Service Coordination (MSC): Provides case management services for developmentally disabled children and adults
- The Home & Community-Based Services Waiver (HCBS): Provides services such as Family Education and Training (FET), Community Habilitation and Respite
- Nursing Home Transition & Diversion Waiver (NHTD): New to SKIP, prevents institutionalization by providing case management services for individuals ages 18+ who are medically involved
